We can set up Microsoft 365 with your business domain, migrate emails from your existing providers and sort out your backups. We can also ensure your security is the best it can be, with strong spam filtering and protection against email threats.
Base Fee: $2,400 (covers setup and first 3 users)
Additional Mailboxes: $350 per user (up to 10 total)

Whether you’ve got all hands on deck in the office or your team is remote, we can give you expert guidance on getting your document storage, security and seamless access sorted. We can handle the set up configuration of Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or your preferred cloud storage solution, so all you need to log in. Don’t worry about migrating your existing data, whether it’s from local file services, shared drives or your previous cloud storage provider – we can handle it all.

Not everyone’s an instant expert. If you’re investing in software to boost your business efficiency, it’s vital that you and your team know how to use it to its full potential. Otherwise, it’s a bit like buying a sports car when you can’t drive a manual.
Our Offerings
We deliver IT training tailored to your needs. So whether it’s 1-on-1 or for the whole team, virtual or in-person, we’ll make it work for you. And we promise our training is jargon-free and delivered by a real person, not a robot. So while an hour of intensive PowerApps or SharePoint training might not be your idea of a wild time, we promise it’ll change your life (and honestly, that’s only a slight over-sell).

If you or someone in your team has been handed the informal ‘IT support’ hat, but they’d really like to get back to focusing on their day job, our ongoing support retainers could be just the thing. Like your outsourced IT help desk, we offer tiered support to suit your business needs, with packages starting from $300 a month.
Our Offerings
We can tailor it to suit you, but generally these packages can include:
On-Call IT Support – Just pick up the phone or flick us an email for fast, friendly help with troubleshooting IT issues, including software, email, and general tech support.
Device & User Management – New staff or device upgrades? We love it. We can take on the set up of new devices for staff, account creation and email forwarding, as well as securely offboarding users. We can also take care of password resets for those brain-freeze moments.
Proactive Maintenance – Keep everything running smoothly with regular IT health checks, software updates and security monitoring (an essential for anyone who clicks ‘update tomorrow’ every morning).
License & Asset Management – Don’t let your business get de-railed by out-of-date software or old assets. We’ll monitor your software licenses and ensure your business-critical IT assets are always ready to go.
Regular On-site Support – An in-person visit every six weeks to deliver hands-on assistance and stay on the front foot when it comes to your IT.
